THE CHALLENGE
Fastned wanted to make their team culture tangible with custom branded apparel, but had no platform to manage it internally. Employees needed to be able to order merch easily without traditional payment flows. At the same time, managers wanted full control over budgets via a credit system. The challenge was to build a fully fledged webshop experience that feels like a real e-commerce environment, but runs entirely on internal credits linked to a management system for managers.

THE OUTCOME
In collaboration with Team Sunday, we delivered an internal webshop that looks and feels like a premium e-commerce platform, but is entirely powered by its own credit system. Managers assign credits via the back end, employees order their merch in just a few clicks. The result is a platform that strengthens Fastned’s team culture and fosters internal brand pride across nine countries.
